Project Background - CCTV Wales for Security

 
Based in South Wales at their purpose built headquarters in Swansea, CCTV Wales are an established independent family run company, with their roots in electronic services.

With a reputation for supporting all their customers with the highest level of customer satisfaction and a track record in offering outstanding quality and superb performance.

 CCTV Wales provides security solutions for businesses large and small and even home office. As an established electronic services company the company have built on their vast knowledge and service track record to launch CCTV Wales.

A helping hand.

To launch the new service and build on the company's core values for outstanding quality and superb value, with a focus on every customer's needs, HML were recommended to help the company.

Having met with the partners, Phil Hardman was keen to build on these core values, although receptive to ideas for improving their brand and ways of communicating the company's services, to their target business market.

Project Process

HML agreed the final brief with Phil, including timescales, deliverables and costs. With regular meetings, the project manager at HML, Gomer Williams liaised with Phil to produce bespoke design ideas from our in-house graphic designer. This led to a website creative and production of web site. To help CCTV Wales with the process, there was copywriting assistance and images provided by HML.

During the web site testing phase there was an opportunity for CCTV Wales's in-house IT specialist, Chris, to rigorously test the new web site. His input was invaluable in ensuring it could be handed over and self managed by him. Thanks Chris.

What next?

This website is a great start. Next we've got more work to do on the dynamic content, with feature rich customer feedback. Then the plan is for CCTV Wales, with help from HML, to commence their first online marketing campaign, planned for next quarter. There's a new folder brochure coming soon, to present those all important quotes. Watch for the next phase when we report on the campaigns progress.
