When Andrew Lawrence was approached by HML marketing his families portable toilet hire business was booming in the Bristol area - the website he was using however, was (excuse the pun) a bit of a stinker! He soon became aware that he would need an attractive, functional website that would aid his business rather than restrict it. It was here that HML were able to offer him a way to match his website with the success of his company.
He needed a website that could allow future clients to enquire directly and simply, and reflected the businesses professional service - where the customer really is top priority. His current site was simply unfit for the purposes he needed. When HML began working with Sharon from the Diamond Centre of Wales, the team knew that only the finest examples would do. Diamond Centre Wales are a family run jewellery business that has single-handedly established a sparkling reputation. The company based in Cardiff were making plans for their Saying it with Diamonds campaign. The campaign was to market their exclusive range of engagement and wedding rings, and really required it’s own website with guaranteed results from Google. A marketing plan was soon drawn up for a website which could exhibit the rings, the site has proved invaluable to the business by appearing on the first page of related Google searches. The Cornerhouse in Frome is the successful result of a complete re-brand and change of ownership. Formerly known as The Lamb Inn, this charming pub and hotel was revitalised under the watchful eye of Martin Earley. With a new image, a new website was needed and Martin was keen to invest in a site that could reflect the quality of the restaurant and brasserie- which HML delivered to him.
The website needed to represent the upmarket food on offer at The Cornerhouse, the full splendour of the accommodation available and overall the new look of the Pub. A big criteria was ensuring simple navigation of the website, as Martin was keen to edit it himself. With HML’s marketing manager software, this was made possible in an easily understandable format.
